6/15/2023 0 Comments Verizon reveal loginStill, we've been trying to contact you guys multiple times to fix numerous issues every time, it's either no response or spending 3 hours on getting simple matters resolved, and most of the time, everything still needs to be fixed. We were promised fast customer service when we initially signed up for your services. It is unacceptable that our company couldn't investigate or look further into this incident, even with a dash cam. Our truck number 14 recently got into a major accident, and we cannot pull any footage at all, even though the camera was online with no error codes. There are too many technical difficulties with the dual-facing cameras and the ELD logbook. What we got: A $12,000 theft, an increase in monthly fees which I consider breach of contract, and a circle of calling customer service and being directed to someone who's email responds 'the email isn't actively monitored' please call customer support. Long story short the thieves debited $12,000 out of my account! They said it was a mistake and it would take 4 to 8 weeks tor refund it! They also increased our bill by about 1/3rd when the written contract states that the amount would not change. The fees were suppose to be financed over a few months at a few hundred a month, even though the promotion clearly states no charge. There was apparently some installation fees. We were signed up for a special promotion where we would get our old devices replaced for free. The problem came with a call about 3G being discontinued. The tracking UI is what it is, it tracks the trucks. We had Fleetmatics and Verizon took over. Why would thieves have customer support? My company's experience reads like many of the other reviews. As far as The Care team who is “supposed” to be resolving the issue all they do is ask the same questions and try to mail new equipment which they have already sent new equipment twice and still to no avail. I can’t even get there billing department to respond after numerous calls and numerous emails. The representative sent me an email and told me to respond back to his email once I received a billing statement and after I replied to his email it said that it was invalid and I couldn’t email him directly anymore COINCIDENTALLY. Verizon connect sounded wonderful when they were marketing and selling me on why I should them! However once the contract was signed earlier this year and they couldn’t even complete the installation where all the functions work on both trucks, it seems like a terrible mistake!! Not only are both systems notworking correctly they assured me they would handle my payment until the issue was resolved.
